CRITICAL SERVICE DATA
- Final rates depend on specific cargo dimensions and logistics needs. ADDITIONAL LOADED MILES ARE BILLED AT $20 PER MILE AFTER 35 LOADED MILES. Rush bookings are subject to truck availability. Service boundaries apply locally. Accuracy in weight reporting is mandatory. Overweight shipments or exceeding pallet counts will result in an immediate price recalculation.
LEGAL POLICIES & GUIDELINES
- 4HUN RUN™ flat-rate pricing includes one pickup location, one delivery location, and UP TO 35 LOADED MILES. Maximum freight weight is 8,500 lbs or 12 standard pallets, whichever limit is reached first. Pickup locations must be within approved Focal Transportation LLC service areas. ADDITIONAL LOADED MILES ARE BILLED AT $20 PER MILE AFTER 35 LOADED MILES. Loading assistance fee: $100. Unloading assistance fee: $100. Liftgate service fee: $50. Additional stop fee: $100 within the same route or up to 25 miles off-route. Detention charges apply after 15 minutes of waiting time at pickup or delivery at a rate of $100 per hour. Standard service hours are 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. After-hours and weekend service may be available for additional fees. Freight must be properly packaged, shipment-ready, and safe for transportation. Focal Transportation LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing for overweight freight, excessive wait times, route changes, special handling requirements, or inaccurate shipment information. Cancellation requests made within one (1) hour of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable and may be subject to the full transportation charge. Once a driver has been dispatched or is en route to the pickup location, cancellation fees may apply. Refunds are not guaranteed for cancelled shipments, missed appointments, inaccurate shipment information, customer delays, or operational interruptions outside of Focal Transportation LLC’s control. Focal Transportation LLC reserves the right to refuse, deny, postpone, or cancel any shipment request or transportation service at its sole discretion and without liability for any reason including, but not limited to, safety concerns, improper freight packaging, overweight cargo, restricted commodities, operational limitations, inaccurate shipment details, unsafe conditions, or non-compliance with service requirements. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipment information provided is accurate and complete prior to dispatch.
